Shipping policy

At Enchanted Laundry Co.™, we carefully package and ship every order from our facility in Cape Coral, Florida.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after they are placed. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, product launches, sales, or high-volume periods.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order weight, destination, and shipping method selected.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.

Free Shipping

Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders, promotions, or bundles. Any applicable free shipping offer will be shown at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Enchanted Laundry Co.™ is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, we can reship it once the customer pays the additional shipping cost.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Enchanted Laundry Co.™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, building management, or the shipping carrier.

For delayed or missing packages, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Damaged Items

We do our best to package every order carefully. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will review the issue and help make it right.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If shipping options are not available for your location at checkout, we may not currently be able to ship to your area.
